Availability
We endeavour to only display items that are available in stock, if items are out of stock due to a supply delay we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. Once an item is sold out we will remove it from the web site at our earliest opportunity.

Pricing and Descriptions
Prices are inclusive of VAT but not delivery. Product descriptions and promotions shown on the website should only be used as a guide and Chapmans Jewellers reserve the right to vary them without notice. Images are provided to help customers recognise products. We have made every effort to ensure that the colours shown throughout the content of the website are as accurate as current technology will allow. Please be aware that discrepancies can occur depending on individual monitor settings and graphic cards.

Cancellation Policy
To Cancel an order call 0191 384 6172 (10am - 5pm) or email sales@chapmansjewellery.co.uk quoting your order number before you receive your despatch confirmation by email. If no contact has been made and your order has been despatched you will have to follow the returns procedure.
