These are the terms and conditions for the supply and purchase of items on this website. The Terms and Conditions help keep this website a safe place to trade and explains the full agreement reached between you and Chapmans Jewellery with regards this website.
By placing an order you accept the following terms and conditions.
1. Your contract. Your contract for purchase made through this site is with Chapmans Jewellery.
Your contract with us will be confirmed via email (confirmation email not order acceptance email) once full payment has been made by you to Chapmans Jewellery and we have shipped your goods to the specified address. You must check that all details on the confirmation email are correct and inform us immediately of any changes, You will not receive this email if we notify you that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled your order ( please refer to section 4)
2. Pricing and delivery. All orders over £100 will receive free delivery
3. Promotions/Discounts.
Promotional discount codes- these offers may only apply to full price items and are not in conjunction with any other offers.
4. Cancellation.
To cancel an order please contact us ASAP on 0191 3862648 or via email info@chapmansjewellery.co.uk before your confirmation email arrives. Please quote your order number and we refund your account.
If you have received your confirmation email this means your purchase has been dispatched and you will have to follow our returns policy.
5. Returns.
If you would like to exchange or return any item you must contact us within 7 days of delivery via email info@chapmansjewellery.co.uk or by phone on 0191 3862648 for your Returns Authorisation Number. Once this is received goods must be returned to Chapmans Jewellery within 7 days of issue.

Faulty items must be returned to us, if the problem is a manufacturing fault within 6 months we would refund the full amount. See our refund policy for full terms. Post your item back to us using Special Delivery or International Signed for as we do not accept any liability for items undelivered to us. Any additional charges for taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Liability.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, defective, damaged we shall not accept liability to you unless we are notified via email within 7 days of the goods being received by you.
