Delivery

Free delivery on all purchases over £100.00.

(UK mainland only)

Chapmans Jewellery will try to ensure that all orders will be despatched within 3 working days.

You will be sent an order acceptance email.

If items are out of stock we will inform you via email as soon as possible and will keep you informed about your orders progress.

Once your order is packaged and despatched we will send your order confirmation email.

If your package doesn’t arrive within a few days of the expected delivery date please call for the tracking number.

All items will be shipped to the specified address given to Chapmans by you when ordering; this address will be on your confirmation email.

UK Deliveries.

All purchases are sent to you via Royal Mails Special Delivery service and will require a signature when delivered please ensure someone is there to accept the delivery.

UK delivery is usually next day from receiving your order confirmation.

Delivery cost is £4.95 per order.

International Deliveries.

All purchases are sent via Royal Mails International signed for service and will require a signature when delivered please ensure someone is there to accept the delivery.

International delivery is usually with 3-7 days.

Delivery cost:

Europe £5.95 per order
Rest of the world £6.95 per order

Please note that any taxes or duties when the parcel reaches the country of origin are the responsibly of you and not Chapmans.
